AFFL Spine Strength Restoration

AFFL safely improves chronic low back and neck conditions. If your symptoms have appeared recently, we recommend you consult your physician or physical therapist before participating in more active and intensive reconditioning.

If your symptoms have been ongoing for more than 6 weeks or are recurrent, you are likely to have developed weakness and instability in your spine and you may be a candidate for our Spine Strength Restoration program. Strength Restoration is suitable for both sedentary and active individuals alike. The table below shows the conditions that can be successfully improved at AFFL.

For Surgical Patients

Both pre- and post-surgical patients can be successfully reconditioned, but the AFFL Spine Strength Restoration protocol requires a six week period after surgery before activity can begin.
